ENGINE technology powers our cloud based network applications store, the “VAS Store”.   This offers you a wide range of applications in roaming (including roaming dashboard, roaming steering and welcome SMS), SMS (including fraud management), pre-pay, VPN, vPBX and many other areas.   These applications come from a variety of world class application developers including Evolved Intelligence.  

 

The VAS Store gives you the choice to rent hosted applications instead of installing your own value added services platform.   This gives great advantages in cost of ownership and management time.   Many find that they can rent applications from VAS Store for less than they would pay in annual maintenance charges on their in house system.

 

However if, after a time, you would prefer to implement a service on your own in house system, you can.   It is a simple task to migrate the managed service directly to your own ENGINE platform.

 

Connection to the VAS Store is made by one of our network interface functions or NIF.   Once fitted, the NIF gives you access to all of the available applications in the VAS Store.

 

For Roaming Virtual Home Environment (VHE) we even offer a new "zero touch" service which allows connection without the need for any new equipment fitted to your network*.   This service even works without the need for you to have CAMEL agreements in place**.
